Overview

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Webinar Marketing Co-op to support Hootsuite’s Enterprise Acceleration team. You’ll support the execution of our fast-paced global webinar program, helping us drive pipeline, engage customers, and bring creative content to life. If you’re excited about project management, content creation, and cross-functional collaboration—this role will give you hands-on experience with tools and teams in a real marketing engine.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist in webinar production from ideation to launch, including landing pages and email campaigns in Goldcast.
  • Gather, organize and coordinate webinar assets
  • Provide occasional support for writing and reviewing webinar promotional content such as emails, event descriptions, and social.
  • Assist in building or sourcing slide decks with on-brand visuals and storytelling flow
  • Set up timelines and collaboration channels for cross-functional teams, helping to keep projects on track
  • Assist in hosting live webinars across regions and time zones, helping ensure flawless experiences for speakers and attendees
  • Help monitor performance and engagement metrics for webinars and provide insights for program improvement

What You’ll Need

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Interest in digital marketing, virtual events, and content creation
  • Familiarity with webinar platforms (e.g., Zoom, ON24, Goldcast, etc.) — prior experience is a bonus, not a requirement
  • Comfortable working with tools like Google Sheets/Excel and Google Slides/PowerPoint — able to organize data and build simple reports
  • A strong eye for detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Curious mindset with a desire to learn and improve processes, workflows, and audience engagement strategies
  • Clear communicator, both written and verbal, with a willingness to ask questions to gain clarity
  • Organized and dependable, with a natural inclination toward problem-solving and taking initiative when facing challenges

Who You Are

  • Solution seeker. You’re focused on tackling new challenges, solving problems, and moving the business forward—and you don’t wait to be asked.
  • Lifelong learner. You have a growth mindset – you’re here to learn, experiment, seek, apply, and provide feedback, share what works with your team, and move on from what doesn’t.
  • Resilient adapter. In the face of change and challenges, you bring a thoughtful, calm approach, and a focus on finding the new opportunity.
  • Intentional collaborator. You build positive working relationships across the business, bringing people together to foster new opportunities and to facilitate the efficient flow of information.
  • Critical challenger. You have the trust in your team to ask difficult questions in order to get to the best end result.
  • Active communicator. You listen actively and communicate ideas and information clearly, inclusively, and proactively.
  • Integrated thinker. You look beyond your role and responsibilities to understand how your team’s work drives broader organizational goals.
  • Accountable owner. You take pride in the work you’re responsible for with a mindset of ultimate accountability and reliability for the outcomes.
  • Bar-raiser. You step up to help your team grow and succeed, even when that means going beyond what might be expected
