This role will support the development and management of key initiatives across our Industry and Sales Excellence program – supporting key market opportunities across our sectors and with our priority accounts. This role provides a unique opportunity to work with a wide array of global clients to solve exciting sustainability and business challenges, stretch critical thinking and problem-solving skills and network with executive level clients and senior Deloitte leaders.
Responsibilities:
The Global Sustainability & Climate team is at the core of the Firm's strategy, working with industries and businesses globally to orchestrate and accelerate commercialization of our sustainability & climate services.

The salary range for this position is $69,000 - $114,000, and individuals may be eligible to participate in our bonus program. This role will support the development and management of key initiatives across our Industry and Sales Excellence program – supporting key market opportunities across our sectors and with our priority accounts. This role provides a unique opportunity to work with a wide array of global clients to solve exciting sustainability and business challenges, stretch critical thinking and problem-solving skills and network with executive level clients and senior Deloitte leaders.
Responsibilities:
- Supports the coordination and execution of global industry market activation strategy workshops and select priority account planning session design, delivery, post work and ongoing activities
- Gathers, analyzes, and interprets quantitative and qualitative data, draw conclusions, and develop strategic recommendations (strong storyboarding and Excel skills)
- Develops resources that articulate Deloitte’s global capabilities and service offerings aligned to key client issues and target growth platforms to support market activation
- Research and test innovative approaches to enhance offerings, tools, and processes, including the use of AI.
- Partners with Member Firm, industry and business teams to enhance impact and collaboration
- Supports collaboration across global SGO team and GC&I leadership to infuse sustainability goals and objectives within industry, sector and account strategies and aligned market execution efforts
- Supports efforts around our industry Top Opportunities, working with teams to identify and support these critical must-win pursuits and provide transparency to SGO
- Develop cross-industry, sector and Member Firm connections to support knowledge sharing around key strategic opportunities and best practice case studies/project archetypes development

- 3 years of direct experience serving Deloitte clients, delivering services through a business.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills; able to draft client reports and deliver presentations.
- Relevant experience with Program Management or similar work in Professional Services
- Excellent presence and inter-personal skills and the ability to connect with a culturally diverse audience
- Ability to connect actively with global industry & sector leaders and their chief of staff/ sector specialist and support teams, to solicit key information to drive Global Sustainability priorities
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with exceptional attention to detail, responsiveness, and strong track record of executing high-impact initiatives
