We are looking for a Receptionist to join our team—a role where your expertise will drive meaningful outcomes and your ambition will help shape what comes next. Here, you’ll collaborate with a dynamic team of professionals, united by a shared commitment to making a difference—for our clients, our communities, and one another. This role reports to our Administrative Support Manager and is part of an incredible support team distributed between our Saskatoon and Yorkton offices.

Your role

  • Greeting and assisting clients in-person, on the phone, and virtually
  • Answering and directing a three-line telephone
  • Booking appointments using MS Outlook
  • Accepting and receipting client fees
  • Checking and assembling financial statements, tax returns and other forms
  • Providing a friendly, positive and professional image for the firm

What you bring to the table

  • Office Administration Certificate program and/or experience in an office-based setting
  • Committed to providing exceptional client experience
  • Must have strong interpersonal skills, self-motivated and an ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams)
  • Excellent command of the English language (spelling, grammar and punctuation)
  • Highly organized and detail oriented; able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines

Saskatoon, Saskatchewan (downtown office)

Job type:

Permanent, Full-time

Your schedule:

Monday to Friday (in-office).

Jan-June: 8:00am - 5:00pm (1 hour lunch); 40 hours per week

July-Dec: 8:00am - 4:30pm (1 hour lunch); 37.5 hours per week
