Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon, Windsor ON
Join a centrally located, tech-forward OMFS practice in the Windsor-Essex region.
Offering a diverse surgical caseload — from wisdom teeth extractions and dental implants to complex orthognathic procedures — in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.
You will have the option for collaboration and mentorship from our highly experienced senior surgeon and become an integral part of our close-knit team, supported by a strong referral network and trusted relationships with local general dentists and specialists.
What We Offer
Flexible schedule – part-time or full-time
No evening or weekends (office is open 8am-5pm Monday to Friday)
Ownership opportunities for the right candidate
Modern facility with 4 surgical suites and 2 consultation rooms
Established clinical team: nurses, surgical assistants, treatment coordinator & receptionist
IV Sedation and General Anesthesia (administered by registered nurse)
Consistent referral flow (80-120 per month) – expected to significantly increase with new OMFS availability
Competitive Compensation with production expectations of $10,000-$30,000 a day
CBCT imaging, ClearDent software, and other leading technologies

Qualifications
Certification as a Specialist in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
A specialist member in good standing registered as an Oral Surgeon with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO).
Completion of a hospital-based residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
A commitment to continuous learning and development.
Strong communication, teamwork, and patient-centered care skills
