This position reports to the Manager, Commercial Business Process Improvement and is approximately a 4 month term from May-August 2026.

What You Will Do

  • Participate in process improvement initiatives that deliver value to the focus areas of the Commercial Group, including planning, transportation, distribution, logistics, product management, market research, procurement, etc.
  • Support project and process documentation management.
  • Support tracking and reporting of the Commercial Project Portfolio using MS Office, SharePoint, PowerBI, and other tools.
  • Provide additional ad hoc administrative support to the Commercial Business Process Improvement Team.

What You Will Bring

  • Currently enrolled in a 2-to-4-year Supply Chain Management or Commerce degree (or equivalent related program) with a graduation date of August 2026 or later.
  • Competent in standard Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, etc.). Experience in SharePoint and PowerBI considered an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with a willingness to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for collaborative problem-solving, driven by a high level of curiosity and desire to help others achieve goals.
  • Team spirit, a flexible and positive attitude, client-centric focus.
