Are you a seasoned project management professional with a passion for transforming HR operations on a global scale? We are seeking a dynamic HR Project Delivery Specialist to support a high-impact program focused on optimizing internal HR functions through strategic transition and insourcing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a large-scale, multi-region project, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to drive successful delivery within a fast-paced environment.

What You Will Do

• Support the HR project management office (PMO) in planning, executing, and closing a major transition project aimed at shifting HR services from third-party vendors to in-house teams.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and stakeholder engagement strategies tailored to specific regions.
• Collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones, ensuring seamless communication and project delivery adherence.
• Influence regional stakeholders to align project objectives with business needs, tracking progress and resolving issues proactively.
• Maintain resilience and adaptability in a demanding environment, delivering outputs with minimal supervision.
  
  

Required Skills

• Extensive global project management experience within HR operations or related areas.
• Proven track record supporting insourcing or outsourcing initiatives.
• Strong familiarity with ServiceNow as a ticketing and workflow system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across different time zones and adapt to changing priorities.
• Resilient, resourceful, and highly motivated to drive results.
  
  

Nice To Have Skills

• Experience with SuccessFactors would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Previous involvement in large-scale HR transformation programs.
• Knowledge of regional HR practices, especially LATAM, EMEA, APAC, or the Americas.
• Experience working within or alongside Pharma or regulated industries.
  
  

Preferred Education And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.
• At least 5 years of successful project management experience in HR or operations.
  
  

Other Requirements

• Availability for a flexible schedule to support global time zones.
• Home-based role with a requirement for at least one day per month on-site in Surrey
