We are searching for the best talent for a Senior Associate, Data Operations to be in Toronto, Canada.
Purpose
This role is responsible for managing the full data lifecycle, including the curation, integration, and maintenance of the organization’s syndicated and proprietary data assets. As a Senior Associate, Data Operations, you will design and build data pipelines to support multiple business purposes and commercial functions. You will build and scale data infrastructure to power AI/ML projects. You will support and enhance enterprise analytics capabilities for the future.

As a Senior Associate, Data Operations, you will design and build data pipelines to support multiple business purposes and commercial functions. You Will Be Responsible For
- managing the day-to-day operations of the organization’s data assets, including the intake, integration, and management of IQVIA data, CRM data, and Patient Support Program data.
- developing standards of practice and procedures for operational processes, including ETL, data validation, reference data, business rules, and data definitions.
- maintaining a single, trusted source of truth for all relevant master data and data elements.
- monitoring, measuring, and improving the quality and integrity of enterprise data assets.
- leading projects that use data insights to streamline operations by automating data intake, building and maintaining data catalogs, and optimizing forecasting.
- collaborating with DAC team members to apply advanced analytics tools and techniques to derive insights from disparate data sets.
Education:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in STEM or quantitative field with a minimum of 3 years’ professional relevant work experience in data management and analytics is required OR a Master’s degree in STEM or quantitative field with minimum of 2 years’ professional relevant work experience in data management and analytics is required
- Experience in data warehousing and data visualization tools like Amazon Redshift, DataIKU, Qlik, Power BI, or Tableau
- Proficiency using one or more programming or scripting language like Python, R, SQL to perform data manipulation and analysis
- Strong data integrity management and analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret data using statistical techniques
- Strong communication and presentation skills including the ability to understand and present complex information clearly and concisely
- Detail and accuracy oriented
- Experience in pharma or healthcare will be considered an asset.
- Experience in knowledge and expertise in management of pharma industry syndicated data (IQVIA) and patient support program data will be considered an asset.
