The Opportunity:
- As the IT Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for orchestrating and accelerating the output of our core technology teams. You will..
- Lead and Coordinate Delivery: Drive IT and product-related projects using robust agile and iterative delivery methods
- Ensure Alignment and Transparency: Facilitate planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives to maintain consistent team alignment and clear transparency across stakeholders
- Balance Priorities: Skillfully manage delivery timelines, priorities, and resource constraints while keeping a sharp focus on business objectives
- Optimize Performance: Track delivery progress using agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time) to identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities
- Remove Barriers: Proactively remove delivery impediments, resolve cross-team dependencies, and escalate risks to ensure smooth execution
- Ensure Readiness: Partner with product and engineering to ensure comprehensive documentation, change management, and release readiness processes are in place
- Coordinate Operations: Work closely with infrastructure, security, and operations teams to coordinate seamless deployment and production readiness activities
- Cultivate Excellence: Foster a culture of accountability, learning, and continuous improvement within the IT team

- 5+ years of experience in IT project or delivery management.A minimum of 2 years of experience leading agile teams
- Proven experience managing small, cross-functional teams dedicated to delivering technology or product solutions
- Strong understanding of agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and associated tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)
- Experience coordinating development, testing, and infrastructure workstreams in parallel
- Familiarity with modern release practices such as CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-based deployment models
