We’re a full-service digital marketing agency based in Calgary that lives and breathes bold ideas, big results, and better coffee. We’re looking for a part-time Assistant to keep our client relationships strong and our workflow humming. You’ll work directly with the Partners to help keep projects organized, clients happy, and the marketing magic flowing.

This is a hybrid position, with part of your week spent in our Calgary office and the rest from your home base or favorite cafe (wherever your Wi-Fi is strongest and flow state comes easiest).

What you’ll do:

• Support day-to-day operations and client communication
• Coordinate schedules, tasks, and project details
• Contributing ideas to our social media and marketing content
• Keep everyone in the loop and make sure things run smoothly

What we’re looking for:

• A strong communicator who’s organized, proactive, and easy to work with
• Someone who thrives in a creative and fast-paced environment
• Marketing experience is a bonus, but not required. We value personality and fit above all else.
