**Compensation:** **$85–$200/hour**

**Location:** **Remote**

**Duration:** **3–4 weeks**

**Commitment:** **15+ hours/week**

## Role Responsibilities

• Design questions related to your occupation as a **Real Estate Broker**.
• Work **independently and asynchronously** to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure the accuracy and relevance of questions for **AI model training**.
• Collaborate with **AI research teams** to improve model outputs.
• Use your professional experience to enhance the **AI evaluation process**.
  
  

## Qualifications

### Must-Have

• **4+ years full-time work experience** as a Real Estate Broker.
• **Be based in the US, UK, or Canada**.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no Chromebooks).
  
  

## Compensation & Legal

• **At-will contractor** to Mercor.
• Paid weekly via **Stripe Connect**.
• Cannot support **H1-B or STEM OPT status** candidates.
