Perform various administrative tasks in support of our New Aircraft Sales Contract Negotiation and Contract Management teams including:

Perform various administrative tasks in support of our New Aircraft Sales Contract Negotiation and Contract Management teams including:
- Prepare invoices
- Compile approvals and ensure compliance with company policies
- Generate reports that outline deviations from a contractual ‘boilerplate’ text
- Update various governance databases and logs
- Participate in various governance meetings
- Support internal and external audits
- Perform other ad hoc tasks as may be requested from time to time.
- You are enrolled in a bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Law or equivalent
- You are available to work from January to December 2026 with a possibility to extend
- You can commit to working at least 20 hours per week from January to December 2026
- You are bilingual (with strong English speaking and writing skills)
- You can deal with ambiguity when working with team members
- You are goal and detail oriented
- You possess good research & analytical skills
- You are creative and have good presentation skills
- You have strong computer knowledge: knowledge of Microsoft Office is a requirement, particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Location: Administrative Centre (CA)
- Duration: months
- Flexible workplace-Hybrid
