Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated e-commerce lifecycle marketing strategies across email, SMS, affiliate, loyalty, and review platforms.
- Align digital marketing initiatives with broader business objectives to drive conversion and customer lifetime value.
- Manage relationships with agencies and SaaS partners to ensure cohesive brand execution and performance alignment.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, merchandising, and digital teams to deliver high-impact, customer-focused campaigns.
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to continuously improve ROI and engagement metrics.
- Stay informed on emerging e-commerce trends, CRM tools, and customer experience innovations to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Applicants mut entitled work in Canada legally, this is hybrid position in Winnipeg-Manitoba
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or performance marketing, ideally within a direct-to-consumer e-commerce organization.
- Proven success managing campaigns that drive digital sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into strategic marketing actions.
- Exceptional communication, organization, and project management skills.
- A passion for leveraging digital platforms to enhance the customer experience and accelerate online growth.
