Job Summary

The Commercial Specialist will serve as a key link between Sales, Operations, and Customers, leveraging advanced data analytics tools (BI/Actus) and CRM/ERP systems to drive business decisions, streamline order management, and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires both analytical and commercial expertise, ensuring data-driven sales planning, accurate forecasting, and seamless execution of customer orders.


Responsibilities

Sales & Forecasting/meeting/reporting Support

1.          Partner closely with the Sales Department to understand analysis requirements and deliver tailored reporting and presentation strategies.

2.          Lead and facilitate monthly sales forecast reviews, ensuring alignment across commercial teams, assessing pipeline health, identifying risks/opportunities, and driving strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.

3.           Develop and implement global supply chain processes and strategies to support Quectel’ s growth and customer commitments.

4.           Support Forecast demand and manage supply planning to ensure uninterrupted availability of modules, antennas, and components.

5.            Provide reporting to Executive team to help understand status of delivery, revenue, and profitability to achieve commercial and operational excellence.


Customer Relationship & Knowledge of International Trade

1.          We are seeking a highly organized and customer-centric professional to join our team as a Customer Relationship & Order Management Specialist. This pivotal role is responsible for managing the end-to-end order process while serving as a primary point of contact for our valued clients. You will be the crucial link between our customers, sales team, and internal operations, ensuring a seamless, positive experience that drives customer satisfaction and loyalty. 

2.         International Trade Expertise:

·      In-depth knowledge of international trade procedures, including Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.), export/import regulations, and customs clearance processes.

·      Experience in preparing and reviewing international shipping documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, bills of lading/airway bills).

·      Understanding of basic customs compliance requirements and import/export restrictions across key markets.

 

Educational and Skill Requirements

·      Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or related field.

·      Strong proficiency in BI/Actus, data analytics, and reporting tools.

·      Hands-on experience with CRM and ERP systems; knowledge of international trade and order management processes is a plus.

·      Solid understanding of demand planning and sales forecasting methodologies.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate across multiple departments.

·      Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail.

·      Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
