How you'll make a difference:

• Prepare Revit models and engineering drawings for timber, steel, masonry and concrete buildings
• Work with architects, interior designers, mechanical and electrical engineers to create truly integrated and sustainable design solutions
• Opportunity to grow your knowledge by attending site reviews and inspections, as well as reviewing the contractor’s work to ensure compliance with the project drawings and specifications
• Prepare documents required for approvals, and construction cost estimates, tenders, and contracts
• Provide design support to engineers, architects, and other technologists
• Work with other team members to ensure schedules, budgets, and quality control standards are achieved and maintained
  
  
  

Who you are:

• A Diploma in Civil Engineering Technology, Architectural Technology or equivalent
• 0-2 years of structural modelling experience working on commercial, industrial, and/or institutional buildings
• Knowledge of building codes is an asset
• Familiarity with Revit, AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on effective collaboration and integration
• Curiosity to learn from an integrated design team on all aspects of project delivery
