About The Role

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and passionate Social Media Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for embodying TRISTAN’s voice online, engaging our community, and elevating our brand presence across multiple digital platforms. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement innovative social media strategies that increase brand visibility, foster community engagement, and drive sales. You will manage content creation, coordinate collaborations with influencers and content creators, and analyze performance metrics to optimize ongoing campaigns. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape the digital narrative of a renowned fashion brand and contribute to its growth in a competitive marketplace.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 4 years of strategic, performance-driven social media management experience
  • Strong knowledge of fashion trends and digital marketing strategies
  • Proficiency with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and content creation platforms
  • Experience in social-focused video production and editing (CapCut or equivalent)
  • Excellent writing, communication, and data analysis skills
  • Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
  • Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken
  • Availability to travel to Montréal and occasionally abroad
  • Creative mindset with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement
  • Create, plan, and publish engaging content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and YouTube
  • Produce and edit photo and video content, coordinating creative sessions with external partners
  • Manage collaborations with content creators and analyze campaign results to optimize performance
  • Monitor key performance indicators using tools like GA4 and recommend strategic adjustments
  • Align social media initiatives with broader marketing campaigns, including blog posts and newsletters
  • Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends to inform content strategy
  • Support media partnerships and assist with public relations efforts alongside external agencies
  • Implement AI-driven tools to streamline content creation and workflow processes
  • Contribute to additional marketing projects as required to support overall brand objectives
