Construction Estimator
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Construction Estimator to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate cost assessments, proposals, and budgets for various construction projects. The Estimator will play a key role in analyzing project requirements, reviewing plans and specifications, and providing detailed cost estimates that support profitable and competitive bids.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review project drawings, specifications, and related documents to determine scope of work
- Prepare accurate cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractors
- Develop detailed bid proposals and budgets for residential, commercial, or industrial projects
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to clarify project requirements
- Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotes for accuracy and competitiveness
- Identify cost-saving opportunities while ensuring quality and compliance with standards
- Maintain an organized database of historical costs, pricing, and project records
- Monitor market trends in materials, labor, and equipment to provide updated pricing insights
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Construction Estimator (residential, commercial, or industrial)
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and industry practices
- Proficiency with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift, ProEst, or similar)
- Excellent analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
- Strong negotiation and communication skills for subcontractor and client interactions
- Highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy
- Self-motivated and able to work independently while meeting deadlines
- Reliable computer with at least 1.8 GHz processor and 4GB RAM (minimum)
- Main Internet Service Speed: at least 25 Mbps (wired connection preferred)
- Backup Internet Service Speed: at least 10 Mbps
- Working Webcam
- USB Headset with Noise Cancellation feature
- Semi-monthly pay (every 5th & 20th of the month)
- 13th Month Pay
- 10 Paid Vacation Leave Days per year (with carryover)

- Paid Philippine Public Holidays
