Positions Available
Electrical Draftspersons
- Create and revise detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for electrical systems, customer add-ons, rebuilds, and safety solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure drawings meet technical specifications and regulatory standards.
- Maintain drawing libraries and support documentation for project execution.
- Design mechanical systems and components for power generation and industrial applications.
- Perform technical analysis, calculations, and integration of non-CAT components.
- Support project execution through design reviews, vendor coordination, and field support.
- Ensure compliance with industry codes, standards, and customer specifications.
- Lead engineering deliverables across multiple projects, ensuring quality and technical accuracy.
- PLC programming on platforms like Siemens, Allen Bradley, Schneider, etc.
- Interface with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to align engineering solutions with project goals.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in engineering practices.
- Design, program, and commission control systems including PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA platforms.
- Integrate automation solutions into power systems and industrial equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and optimize control systems to meet operational requirements.
- Lead end-to-end project execution including scope definition, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, procurement, and customer teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Monitor project performance, manage risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and contractual obligations.
- Support engineering and project teams with technical tasks, documentation, and research.
- Gain hands-on experience in real-world projects across various industries.
- Participate in team meetings, site visits, and mentorship activities.
- Develop foundational skills in engineering, drafting, and project coordination.
