HVAC Technician (Subcontractor) at Polaron Energy

Position Overview:

As an HVAC Subcontractor, you’ll perform residential installations of furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and tankless systems. You’ll represent Polaron Home Comfort on-site, ensuring every job meets our quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards.

Responsibilities:

• Complete HVAC installations in accordance with manufacturer specifications, Ontario Building Code, and TSSA/ESA regulations.
• Ensure work is performed safely, neatly, and efficiently — with no damage to customer property.
• Maintain strong communication with the operations team for scheduling, job updates, and QA checks.
• Submit all required photos, serial numbers, and completion documents through the assigned system.
• Provide excellent customer service and professionalism at every visit.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
• Valid G2 or G1 Gas Technician license and ODP certification.
• Own tools, vehicle, and valid driver’s license.
• Liability insurance ($2M minimum) and WSIB clearance certificate.
