 Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of commercial cleaning staff.
• Inspect sites or facilities to ensure safety and cleanliness standards.
• Prepare budget and cost estimates
• Develop, implement, and train personnel on policies and procedures related to cleanliness, organization, and hygiene.
• Manage and process payments for cleaning services rendered.
• Establish cleaning staff work schedules
• Coordinate and arrange additional services, including painting, repair work, cleaning, and general maintenance
• Perform cleaning duties and additional services as required to support team operations.
