We are currently looking for a Commercial Lines Coordinator who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about supporting both brokers and clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and process commercial insurance documents, applications, and renewals
- Assist brokers with quotes, submissions, endorsements, and policy changes
- Coordinate communication with clients and underwriters in a timely manner
- Process certificates of insurance (COIs), binders, and invoices
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with brokerage standards
- Track renewals and follow up on outstanding requirements
- Provide administrative support for commercial accounts and team projects
- Help improve workflow efficiency and support Commercial Lines initiatives

Qualifications & Skills
- Post-secondary education preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Collaborative team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Language Skills: English; Mandarin or Cantonese is an asset
