About the Role

This position focuses on assembling, testing, and repairing aerospace components to meet stringent quality and reliability standards. You will support high-precision repair and overhaul processes, troubleshoot electronic systems, and ensure compliance with controlled goods program requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform manual and automated assembly, soldering, equipment operation, and product inspection
• Troubleshoot, test, and repair electronic and avionics components
• Set up and maintain assembly lines, feeders, and test equipment
• Document assembly and test results and maintain accurate production records
• Identify and resolve issues in assembly processes or component functionality
• Follow standardized work procedures and ensure product quality
• Use applications such as SAP, Microsoft tools, and documentation control systems
• Collaborate effectively with team members and support high-quality output within deadlines

Ideal Qualifications

• Experience in electronics or avionics repair
• Post-secondary education in electrical/electronics engineering technology or equivalent
• Knowledge of soldering standards, SMT processes, and assembly workflows
• Problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to follow technical instructions
• Experience in manufacturing environments and familiarity with testing fixtures
