About The Role:

We are hiring a Senior Systems Engineering Lead to technically guide and develop engineering teams delivering Anthem avionics applications for Regional, Business Jet, and General Aviation programs. This is a customer-facing leadership role with responsibility for systems definition, integration, testing, certification, and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead systems development, requirements analysis, integration, validation & verification
• Coordinate technical execution between Engineering teams and customer stakeholders
• Prepare and execute test plans, analyze results, ensure full test coverage
• Support avionics system certification and documentation
• Resolve technical challenges and manage high-impact engineering initiatives
• Support MBSE implementation and ensure compliance with standards

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Electrical, Electronics, Computer, or Aerospace Engineering
• 8+ years avionics systems experience
• 5+ years systems engineering on complex programs
• Experience in requirements capture & system validation/verification
• Knowledge of ARP4754A and DO-178B/C
• Fluent in English
