What you will do:

  • Maintain parking lot electrical systems and monitor their condition.
  • Perform maintenance and repairs on building structures, including wood components, using appropriate carpentry tools.
  • Seal cracks, paint building elements, and complete general building repairs as needed.
  • Monitor and support the operation of HVAC equipment.
  • Conduct routine run tests of facility backup power systems and fire pumps.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of fire protection systems and gas-operated heating systems.
  • Perform repairs on facility machinery and equipment, including wrappers, high-speed doors, and other powered devices.
  • Maintain a clean, orderly, and well-organized building environment.

What You'll Need

  • Ability to work in varying temperature conditions.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs safely.
  • Minimum of 2 years of building maintenance experience.
  • Working knowledge of basic hand and power tools, and willingness to learn the operation of building systems.
  • Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize and adapt to new tasks as they arise.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to complete documentation clearly and accurately.
