About The Role:
We are hiring an Account Manager to drive customer success and manage strategic relationships within the Healthcare sector. In this role, you will build long-term partnerships, identify business opportunities, and deliver innovative building technology solutions that meet evolving customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing healthcare customers
- Lead account planning and understand customer needs to present relevant solutions
- Manage all sales activities through CRM and maintain accurate forecasting
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and enhance service delivery
- Engage early in buying cycles to influence decisions and specifications
- Expand market share through consultative selling and strategic networking
- Facilitate contract renewals, negotiate terms, and close high-value deals
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in a technical field
- 3+ years’ experience in Building Technology, BAS, HVAC controls, Access Control, CCTV, or Fire Alarm solutions
- Valid G driver’s license
Preferred
- Experience managing key accounts and selling building technology or SaaS-based solutions
- Ability to influence stakeholders across technical and executive levels
- Track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
