About The Role:

We are hiring a Senior Advanced Test Engineer to lead advanced testing initiatives for high-reliability avionics systems. In this role, you will innovate test engineering solutions, enhance automation, and ensure top-tier product performance—all while guiding junior engineers and driving continuous improvement across test processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced test plans and automated frameworks
• Analyze test data to improve reliability and reduce failures
• Lead root-cause investigations and corrective actions
• Collaborate across engineering teams to define testing requirements
• Manage and upgrade test equipment and systems
• Ensure documentation and compliance with engineering standards
• Support CI integrations and streamline testing pipelines

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• 8+ years’ experience in test engineering (preferably avionics/high-reliability systems)
• Strong programming skills (Python, C++) and test automation tools (LabVIEW, Selenium)
• Experience with Agile methodologies and configuration management
• Excellent problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills
