Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Manager, you will be part of an agile IT team of about 10 people and actively contribute to the administration and optimization of a multi-site technology infrastructure. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate on a variety of infrastructure and security projects, using cutting-edge technologies. What You’ll Do

  • Administer and maintain the company’s IT systems, including installation, connection, setup, maintenance, and upgrades of hardware and software, ensuring optimal server performance
  • Monitor and support the overall system infrastructure
  • Deploy system vulnerability patches
  • Actively contribute to documentation of the systems in place
  • Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot servers
  • Make technology recommendations to optimize or enhance IT services
  • Be available for occasional emergencies outside of regular working hours
  • Perform any other related tasks as assigned occasionally by your immediate supervisor

What You Bring

  • College diploma or university degree in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in network and security administration
  • Excellent command of Microsoft technologies (Windows Server, Office365, AD, GPO)
  • Strong knowledge of VMWare, Veeam, AWS technologies
  • Good understanding of networks (communication protocols, cabling, routers)
  • Knowledge of Linux environments is an asset
  • Familiarity with ITIL and ticketing systems is an asset
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in both French and English, due to the nature of the responsibilities and interactions with colleagues, partners, or clients across Canada
