Service Advisor at Redhead Equipment

Redhead Equipment has an exciting opportunity for a Service Advisor working with our service team at our North Battleford branch.

At Redhead Equipment we do “Whatever it Takes” to meet the needs of our customers and have been doing so for over 75 years. We deliver the most dependable brands of agricultural, truck and construction equipment across 10 locations in Saskatchewan. The Service Advisor will support our service department by opening and closing work orders, scheduling of units to be serviced, collecting invoices, processing payments, assisting with warranty administration and timecard input. This position will also complete other duties as required.

Qualified candidates will possess the following skills/qualities:
Diligent and detail oriented with excellent organizational skills
Solid understanding of Truck, Agriculture and Construction equipment
Demonstrated problem solving aptitude
Must be customer focused with strong verbal and written communication skills
Above average computer skills
