Transmission Rebuild Technician at TruckPro, LLC
Crane Carrier (Canada) Limited is seeking a Transmission/ Differential Rebuild Technician with experience in the Heavy-Duty trucking Industry.

Qualified Rebuild Technician Responsibilities Include”
- Have experience with rebuilding Eaton transmissions, Meritor and Dana differentials. Disassemble unit gear components.
- Wash parts, inspect all re-useable gearing and casings, discard all damaged materials
- Complete parts list of replacement all necessary parts required.
- Rebuild component to manufacture’s specifications.
- Manually bench test rebuilt unit.
- Tag units as required
- Upon completion, Submit work order for invoicing
- Clean work area as required and maintain equipment; Adhere to all environmental, health and safety standards
Successful Transmission Rebuild Technician Candidates Will Have:
- Minimum two years of Rebuilder experience within the heavy-duty trucking industry
- Ability to lift up to 50+ lbs
Possess your own tools and/or the willingness to invest in required tools for the job as you advance in your skill level and responsibilities
Note: Company supplies majority of the larger tools that are required to rebuild components.

- The role is a physically active role.
- Will be required to lift, pick, pull, and stock heavy duty truck parts that might be in excess of 50+ lbs with lift assist devices.
- Will be required to stand for long periods of time on a variety of surfaces and will be required to operate a forklift.
- Will frequently be required to: walking, bending, twisting, stepping, stooping, reaching, lifting, pushing and climbing.
- Will frequently use a computer in the course of completing daily activities.

- The associate will be regularly exposed typical inside and outside environmental conditions, including, but not limited to dirt, dust, vibration, minimal chemical hazards, noise and temperature variances.
- Exposure to hazards or physical risks, associated with a warehouse, vehicle services, and retail operations, which require following basic safety precautions.
Hourly Pay Rate is based on relevant experience:
$30 - $35
