The Social Media Client Manager will be responsible for conceptualizing clients digital marketing solutions, proactively managing project and client communications while building on trusted relationships.

Responsibilities:
Client Management

Manage existing clients communications, projects & relationships on a daily basis.
Work with clients to identify their business growth opportunities using digital marketing.
Conceptualize and formulate clients social media strategy and Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
Conduct online community engagement for clients social networks.
Provide effective and continuous communication of deliverables with clients & internal team
Visit client’s within the GTA for meetings, strategy sessions and updates.
Provide occasional on-site social media sharing at client events.

Campaign Strategy

Manage clients planning sessions to set objectives for content, themes and ads.
Provide ongoing support and solutions on Social Media content and on paid social Ads to ensure objectives are being met.
Assist clients & the Social Know How team on the development and execution of social media strategies.

Social Ads Management & Reporting

Conceptulize, administer and execute relevant paid Facebook & Instagram Ads.
Manage & monitor social media ads to ensure intended results are achieved.
Analyze campaigns and provide reporting to clients & team.

Business Development

Assist the business development manager with new opportunities.
Provide support in proposal generation and new client meetings.

Experience and Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Social Media, PR, or related fields
Minimum 3 years of experience working in social media or digital marketing
Extensive knowledge of the inner workings of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
Experience creating and executing Facebook & Instagram advertising campaigns.
Experience with social media management tools such as Facebook Business Manager, Hootsuite, etc.
Working with project management software, such as Monday.com an asset
Ability to understand social media metrics and provide easy to read reporting.
Exceptional communication skills are required.
Copywriting experience an asset.
Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere an asset but not required.
Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and work within a team environment.
Valid Ontario drivers license and access to a vehicle.
