Salary: $22-23/hr
This position has a continuous 12-hour shift and is both days and nights Key responsibilities

• Operate mobile equipment
• Perform and lead preventative maintenance
• Contribute to implement continuous improvements
• Maintain consistent production quality and work records
• Provide leadership when required and support when required

Qualifications and skills

• Minimum grade 12 education
• Experience leading a shift in a continuous production environment would be an asset
• Mechanical aptitude
• Able to perform physical labour or work at heights
• Strong computer skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Able to comprehend and follow safety procedures
• Work well in a team environment and able to communicate well with peers and supervisors via verbal and written communication
• Strong work ethic
