Position: Administrative Services Manager

Type: Contract

Compensation: $60–$140/hour

Location: Remote

Duration: 3–4 weeks

Commitment: 15+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design questions related to the role of an Administrative Services Manager for a top AI company.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure the quality and relevance of content aligned with professional standards.
• Collaborate with AI research teams to enhance project outcomes.
• Utilize professional experience to contribute to project goals effectively.
  
  

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 4+ years full-time work experience as an Administrative Services Manager.
• Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
  
  

Compensation & Legal

• At-will contractor to Mercor.
• Paid weekly via Stripe Connect based on logged project hours.
• Industry-standard compensation expectations met for your role.
• Cannot support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
