We conduct hundreds of live auctions each year around the world. It takes a hardworking team of energetic people in a wide variety of full-time and part-time roles to conduct a successful multi-million dollar auction – from equipment inspectors, yard managers and operators to administrative staff and customer service representatives.
Job Description
The Customer Service Representative will provide exceptional customer service, answer inquiries, process payments and other sale day activities.
Must be bilingual in French and English
Responsibilities
Professionally and promptly handles outbound and inbound calls.
Responsible for all files assigned with timely and accurate processing of the information.
Maintains clear, consistent and timely e-mail communications with both internal and external customers to resolve outstanding concerns and ensure prompt completion of tasks.
Completes all tasks assigned within designated shift.
Maintains an organized workspace/area conducive to the overall success of the department.

Responsibilities

Responsible for all files assigned with timely and accurate processing of the information.
- Coordinate vehicle pickups by obtaining release information and authorization from appropriate clientele
- Accurately input detailed information onto call logs and/or files
- Complete timely follow up calls to meet deadlines
- Investigate and troubleshoot delayed vehicle releases that fall outside the appropriate time frames/deadlines
Maintains clear, consistent and timely e-mail communications with both internal and external customers to resolve outstanding concerns and ensure prompt completion of tasks.
Completes all tasks assigned within designated shift.
Maintains an organized workspace/area conducive to the overall success of the department.
Qualifications
- Basic computer skills
- Microsoft Office/Excel proficient
- Time management skills
- Ability to work independently
- Clear communication skills
- Professional and clean appearance
- Able to communicate effectively with customers
- Ability to function well as part of a team
- High School Diploma or GED (Associate or Bachelor degrees preferred) or equivalent of 3-5 years’ work experience
- Previous customer service or call center experience
