Your Role

As An Industrial Mechanical Drafter, You Will

• Prepare drawings for various mechanical works in the industrial sector;
• Research and pre-select mechanical components;
• Bring innovative ideas to improve techniques and work quality;
• Coordinate all plans with other disciplines and offices as the responsible drafter;
• Provide technical support to project managers, technicians, and engineers;
• Validate that plans and specifications comply with guidelines, standards, and codes;
• Adhere to rules and procedures that ensure employee health and safety, environmental protection, and incident prevention. Additionally, in a continuous improvement approach, be proactive in improving health, safety, and environmental rules and procedures to prevent potential hazards related to your work.
  
  

About You

• Hold a vocational diploma in industrial drafting or equivalent training and/or experience;
• Have 10+ years of relevant experience in industrial drafting;
• Be proficient in Plant 3D, AutoCAD, and Revit software;
• Have experience participating in multidisciplinary projects;
• Knowledge of Inventor or SolidWorks functionalities is an asset;
• Enjoy teamwork and be able to communicate effectively.
