THE POSITION

You will become a critical member of a lean Canada team responsible for growing FanDuel Sportsbook and Casino in Ontario. Through this role, you will gain exposure to business operations, marketing (content, activation, and retention), and marketing analysis for both product verticals. You will also work with a wide group of key stakeholders in commercial, product, technology, risk & trading and analytics.
In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

The applicable hourly range for this position is $25 - $30 CAD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. We are looking for a teammate who can:
- Research the market, consumers, and competition to help drive decisions for our sportsbook and casino
- Stay on the pulse with competitor promotional activity (e.g., reporting on competitor in-app offers)
- Support operational execution of growth strategy, activation, and other growth team tasks using system tools
- Reporting on key performance metrics and promotion planning and execution
- Support the day-to-day execution, tracking, and optimization of customer growth initiatives
- Synthesize data and research findings into actionable recommendations for the leadership team
- Be organized, collaborative, and contribute to the quality and effectiveness of internal marketing operations
- Support miscellaneous office needs (e.g., coordinating meetings, event management)
What we're looking for in our next teammate
Required Qualifications:
- In college or university, in pursuit of a degree, with expected completion between August 2026 – May 2028
- Must be in commutable distance from or willing to relocate to designated office
- Must be willing to be in office 3+ times per week
- Actively pursuing a degree in commerce, marketing, math, finance, or relevant quantitative field
- Has a strong GPA and involvement in extracurricular activities
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and other analytical tools
- Interest in and/or knowledge of the gaming & gambling industry
