SHIFTS/HOURS: 8 hr. shifts-Days, Evenings & Weekends

RATE OF PAY: Start 1295 hrs 2590 hrs

$27.03 $27.39 $27.68

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

• Certificate of Qualification for Chef, Cook or Culinary Management preferred.
  
• Minimum 1 year experience in cooking, preferably in health care food service environment.
• Current Food Handlers Certificate.
• Knowledge of nutritional needs and textures of a geriatric population preferred.
  
• Knowledge of sanitation and safety standards for food services.
• Ability to work independently.
• Good attendance record.
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to exercise tact & diplomacy in dealing with residents, other staff and visitors.
