Boundary Bay Montessori School (BBMS), nestled in the pastoral landscape of Delta, BC with stunning views of the Cascade Mountains, is seeking an inspired Montessori educator to join our supportive, collaborative, and innovative teaching community.

Position

Montessori Nido Co-Directress or Assistant

Start Date: May 1, 2026 – June 30, 2027

What We're Looking For

• ECE or ECEA Certification
• Montessori Certification (Infant/Toddler and/or Casa)
• Experience in a Montessori setting
• Legally able to work in Canada
• Current Criminal Record Check & First Aid Certification

Your Role

• Create and guide a high-quality Montessori prepared environment for 1-3-year-olds
• Foster a warm, respectful, and developmentally rich community indoors and outdoors
• Communicate effectively with families and maintain required documentation
• Meet Fraser Health's requirements for daycare settings
• Collaborate as a co-guide or assistant in a professional, supportive environment
• Engage in ongoing professional development

• Continuing contract after successful two-year cycle
• Competitive wage starting at a base of $24/hr annually, and increasing by education and experience (ECE holders will receive $6/hr wage enhancement in addition)
