Your Role And Responsibilities

As a Delivery Consultant, you will work closely with IBM clients and partners to design, deliver, and optimize IBM Technology solutions that align with your clients' goals. In this role, you will apply your technical expertise to ensure world-class delivery while leveraging your consultative skills such as problem-solving issue- / hypothesis-based methodologies, communication, and service orientation skills. As a member of IBM Technology Expert Labs, a team that is client focused, courageous, pragmatic, and technical, you'll collaborate with clients to optimize and trailblaze new solutions that address real business challenges.

  • Solving Client Challenges Effectively: Understanding clients' main challenges and developing solutions that helps them reach true business value by working thru the phases of design, development integration, implementation, migration and product support with a sense of urgency .
  • Agile Planning and Execution: Creating and executing agile plans where you are responsible for installing and provisioning assets, testing, migrating to production, and day-two operations.
  • Technical Solution Workshops: Conducting and participating in technical solution workshops.
  • Building Effective Relationships: Developing successful relationships at all levels —from engineers to CxOs—with experience of navigating challenging debate to reach healthy resolutions.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

IBM is seeking experienced and dynamic Technical Delivery Consultant to work directly with customer accounts.

The Delivery Consultant is a technical, customer-facing role having paramount impact on delivering projects for clients leveraging experience with IBM Verify Portfolio covering Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM), IBM Verify Access, IBM Verify Governance, IBM Verify SaaS, IBM Verify Identity Privilege and other IBM Technology. The ideal candidate will have an Identity Access Management (IAM) domain expertise leveraging IBM Verify, where he/she will be responsible for providing expert guidance, implementation, and support for IBM clients.

You will directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.

  • You will work with various clients within various industries to have IBM Auomation Platform Technology deployed.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • technical support or consulting client-facing experience, preferably with an organization serving mission-critical operations
  • Has provided technical leadership (Architecture, Design, Development oversight) and team leadership (planning, collaboration, conflict resolution, driving results) on both small and large technology projects
  • Leadership skills is a plus
