Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Test Engineer with a strong background in Quality Assurance (QA) and expertise in automation testing. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical skills, thought leadership qualities, and the ability to mentor and guide a team. This role involves implementing end-to-end test automation strategies and ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
While specific certifications are not mandatory, any relevant certifications in software testing or automation will be considered a plus. Candidates should demonstrate a customer-oriented mindset and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Lead Test Engineer with a strong background in Quality Assurance (QA) and expertise in automation testing. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical skills, thought leadership qualities, and the ability to mentor and guide a team. This role involves implementing end-to-end test automation strategies and ensuring adherence to quality standards throughout the software development lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Lead the automation testing efforts, proposing innovative solutions to stakeholders.
- Implement and manage end-to-end test automation strategies and tools.
- Review test case coverage and provide constructive feedback to the QA team.
- Mentor and direct the technical activities of QA Engineers.
- Participate as a core member of the agile team in all planning, analysis, design, development, and testing activities.
- Manage offshore teams effectively, ensuring quality standards are met.
- Generate and communicate test metrics for both manual and automated testing.
- Ensure adherence to SDLC and STLC processes.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation plans, escalating issues to stakeholders as necessary.
- Proficiency in C#.NET and Selenium for automation testing.
- Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
- Experience with test automation frameworks, including NUnit.
- Familiarity with API testing.
- Knowledge of Test-Driven Development (TDD) and Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) methodologies.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as JIRA.
- Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and design thinking skills.
- Experience in mentoring and leading teams in an offshore model.
- Exposure to various testing metrics and reporting capabilities.
- Familiarity with Specflow for BDD.
- Ability to work directly with customer stakeholders and manage expectations.
- Strong prioritization and time management skills.
