Position Overview

The Executive IT Support Specialist is a high-profile role designed for an experienced IT professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role provides unparalleled IT support to the owner of the company and all C-level executives, ensuring their business and personal technology needs are met with exceptional service and efficiency.

Responsibilities

Owner-Centric IT Management:

Handle all IT issues for the owner, encompassing both business and personal needs.

Set up, configure, and maintain both personal and business devices for the owner.

Manage home office technology and personal tech requirements with utmost care and discretion.

Exclusive Executive IT Support:

Deliver dedicated IT support to the company owner, all C-level executives, and their executive assistants.

Resolve all IT-related issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to executive operations.

Offer personalized support tailored to the unique needs of each executive.

Technical Proficiency:

Diagnose and troubleshoot a wide range of hardware, software, and network issues.

Perform regular maintenance and updates on executive devices and systems.

Implement proactive IT solutions to prevent potential problems.

Collaboration and Effective Communication:

Work closely with the broader IT team to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.

Maintain clear and effective communication with executives and their assistants about IT issues and solutions.

Provide training and guidance on new technologies and best practices for IT.

Confidentiality and Professionalism:

Handle all information with the highest level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Adhere to strict security protocols to protect sensitive data and information.

Travel Requirements:

Travel required every 2 to 3 months to ensure continuity in services and provide proactive support for the owner in all his places of business.

Need to have a valid passport to travel within North America.

Qualifications

3-5 years providing a white glove service to high level executives.

Extensive experience in IT support, preferably in a corporate environment.

Strong technical skills in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

High level of discretion and confidentiality.

Familiarity with executive support and the unique needs of C-level executives.

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

Detail-oriented with exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Proactive and responsive, with a strong customer-service mindset.

Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and provide training to executives.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively.

LANGUAGES

  • Bilingual - French / English (advanced level)

Knowledge of English is required for this specific position as Kruger deals with partners across North America and the successful candidate will be required to communicate frequently with them. Kruger has taken all reasonable steps to avoid imposing English language requirements, including assessing the actual language needs associated with the duties to be performed, ensuring that the language skills already required of other employees were insufficient for the performance of those duties, and limiting as much as possible the number of positions with duties requiring English language skills.
