The Business Analyst will focus on analyzing and optimizing business processes and requirements related to Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This role includes supporting end-users, implementing new tools and features, and ensuring systems are aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will have experience with Dynamics 365, and a strong background in business analysis and user support. This position is in office and requires you driving to the Hamilton area 5/days a week.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Elicit and analyze business requirements and processes from stakeholders
- Develop detailed business requirement documentation and user stories
- Identify areas for improvement and optimization in business processes Dynamics 365 Support
- Provide day-to-day support to end-users on Dynamics 365
- Assist with configuration, customization, and implementation of new tools and features
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure system functionality meets business needs
- Troubleshoot issues and provide training to users
- Lead or support initiatives to implement new tools or modules within Dynamics 365
- Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and ensure successful deployment
- Project Coordination
- Manage or support projects related to system enhancements and process improvements
- Coordinate with departments and vendors to ensure timely delivery and adoption
- Other Duties as Assigned
The successful candidate will have the following:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations
- Experience with MS Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.) strongly preferred
- Proficiency in X++ considered an asset
- Experience working with Microsoft Visual Studio, Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
- Experience in Dynamics 365 development or configuration
- Knowledge of business process modeling and optimization techniques
- Experience in Agile methodologies
