We are seeking a SENIOR ACOUSTICAL CONSULTANT with 10+ years’ experienceto join our team in Culver City/Los Angeles, Californiaoffice, working on vibrant projects across multiple sectors from hospitality to healthcare. The role includes but is not limited to:

• Providing acoustical expertise for a wide range of projects.
• Providing mentorship and technical guidance to more junior staff.
• Helping resolve complex acoustical challenges for consultation with design-oriented clients.
• Taking a client-focused approach, where your technical skills support the success of your client’s projects.
• Communicating complex technical information in straight-forward language, and guiding clients with actionable solutions.
• Conducting field measurements and construction administration visits at commercial, residential, institutional and construction sites primarily in the greater Los Angeles area.
• Supporting a defined quality assurance process.
• Providing proposal direction and review.

We are accepting applications from candidates with the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree (preferred) in acoustics.
• 10+ yearsof experience in an acoustical consulting environment, or equivalent, and as part of design teams.
• Expertise in physical acoustics, building acoustics and experience with acoustic instrumentation.
• Demonstrated ability to consult with clients, and find mutually agreeable solutions
• Ability to hold teams accountable to deliver quality technical work with focus on project budgets and deliverable schedules.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Passion for acoustics, building/construction, and design.
• Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Salary Range: $110,000.00 - $145,000.00
