Position Overview

We’re seeking a Manager, Cybersecurity Delivery to lead the security delivery function and provide program-level technical orchestration across major cybersecurity and IT transformations. You will own people leadership, delivery governance, and technical coordination, working closely with Enterprise Architecture, PMO, Infrastructure and Applications to deliver on-time, on-budget, high-quality outcomes.

Main Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Management

Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team of cybersecurity engineers and specialists; set clear objectives/OKRs and run regular 1:1s and performance reviews.

Build a culture of accountability, continuous learning and collaboration across IT/OT and business teams.

Delivery Management (Programs & Projects)

Plan and execute the cybersecurity delivery roadmap (IAM, network segmentation/NAC, data protection, cloud security, etc.) with PMO.

Own scope, resourcing, dependencies, timelines and quality gates; ensure smooth handover to operations with runbooks and support models.

Act as technical liaison between engineering and stakeholders; drive risk/issue resolution and change management.

Technical Governance & Standards

Translate enterprise architecture patterns into implementable designs and security technical guidelines (aligned to NIST CSF, CIS Controls, ISO 27001).

Define “definition of done” and acceptance criteria for controls; champion security-by-design practices.

Vendor, Contract & Budget Oversight

Coordinate systems integrators/MSPs; manage SOWs, SLAs and deliverables.

Track budget/forecast and benefits realization; support enterprise agreements and standardized SKUs with Procurement/Finance.

Reporting & Stakeholder Communication

Provide concise status and risk reporting to leadership; prepare material for steering committees.

Communicate complex technical topics in business terms to non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s in computer science or equivalent.

Industry certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, CISM, CRISC or GIAC are an asset.

Experience

10+ years of professional experience in cybersecurity, including at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.

Proven track record delivering complex security initiatives (e.g., IAM, network security/segmentation, NAC, data security, cloud security).

Skills And Abilities

Technical skills

Demonstrated experience in leading technical security teams and delivering complex cybersecurity projects.

Hands-on familiarity with SIEM/SOAR, EDR, firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC, IAM, vulnerability management; understanding of cloud security controls.

In-depth knowledge of security frameworks (e.g., NIST CSF, CIS Controls) and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI-DSS).

Non-Technical

Requires strong customer focus, organizational skills, ethic, and adaptability to change.

Result oriented with a commitment on team success.

Good communication skills with technical stakeholders and comfortable with non-technical stakeholders.

Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Ability to work under pressure during critical incidents.

Team player and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.

LANGUAGES

Fluent in Frebch ad English (written and spoken)

Knowledge of English is required for this specific position as Kruger deals with partners across North America and the successful candidate will be required to communicate frequently with them.
