Future Buildings and Toro Steel Buildings are industry leaders in manufacturing and delivering high-quality steel building solutions across North America. We are expanding our marketing team and looking for a highly skilled Creative Content Specialist who can produce compelling, conversion-focused digital content to support our aggressive growth and multi-platform advertising efforts.
This is a fast-paced, creative role ideal for someone who loves video editing, motion graphics, paid ad creative, and AI-enhanced content production.

This role is 100% in-office at our Markham, Ontario headquarters.
Position Overview
The Creative Content Specialist will produce high-performing video ads, motion graphics, landing page visuals, social media creatives, and AI-assisted content for use across Meta, Google, TikTok, Bing, YouTube, and programmatic ad platforms. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop performance-driven assets that increase engagement, reduce CPL, and support large-scale A/B testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce high-impact video ads, reels, animations, and motion graphics for performance marketing campaigns.
- Edit and deliver large volumes of creative variations for ongoing A/B testing.
- Use AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, Firefly, ChatGPT, Sora-style workflows) to enhance video production speed and creative concepts.
- Design landing page visuals, hero graphics, and UI elements to support conversion optimization.
- Retouch and optimize product photos for web, email, and advertising use.
- Maintain organized media libraries and manage large creative files for cross-team use.
- Translate marketing strategies into compelling, conversion-focused digital assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and formats.
- Collaborate with marketing managers to meet deadlines and deploy new creative rapidly.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years experience in digital content creation
- Advanced video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro)
- Strong motion graphics + animation experience (After Effects, Canva, Runway)
- Photo editing & retouching (Photoshop, Lightroom, Adobe Express)
- Experience designing ad creatives for Meta, Google, TikTok, Bing
- Website & landing page design experience (WordPress preferred)
- Skilled in storyboarding, scriptwriting, and content concepting
- Experience using modern AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, Firefly, ElevenLabs, ChatGPT)
- Strong file management and project organization
- Ability to work on-site full-time in a collaborative team environment
