People Operations Associate, Temporary Full Time, for approximately 16 months
HOURS OF WORK:

MON-FRI; operational hours as required
WRHN @ Queen’s Blvd (home base); Hybrid work arrangement with flexibility to work at all WRHN sites as required
JOB SUMMARY:
An exciting opportunity is available on our People Operations (Human Resources) team! The People Operations Associate (POA) ensures that our employees are supported, empowered, and set up for success throughout their journey with WRHN. Primarily responsible for providing initial guidance and process knowledge to clients (including Managers, Administrators and past/present/future employees) related to the employment lifecycle. This includes hires, job changes, benefit administration, retirements/resignations, etc. as well as ensuring integrity of the processes and data within the HR systems. This role provides support for all WRHN sites.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 2 year community college; Certificate or diploma in human resources or related post-secondary education
· CHRP an asset but not required
· 2 years of relevant experience
· Previous experience using HRIS systems considered an asset
· Demonstrated high level of accuracy and attention to detail
· Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality while working with sensitive information
· Demonstrated excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask in a very busy office environment
· Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills and ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
· Intermediate to advanced skill level in Microsoft Word, Excel, electronic mail,
· Experience in electronic order entry systems
· Self-directed
· Good attendance record.
