What You'll Do

  • Supports the Associate Producer/Producer and projects Leadership with day-to-day operations.
  • Manage a team of Production Coordinator(s) and/or Production Assistant(s).
  • Assist Producer in managing Client support and daily interactions revolving around needs of the project.
  • Make certain that the projects/partner relationships they oversee have the needed resources to accomplish project goals.
  • Ensure all project needs (creative and production) are being met, and if not, then work with the necessary parties to find solutions for all needs.
  • Oversee project task tracking and all software related to it.
  • Communicate and interact with other internal departments, and ensure that plans/assets are delivered to the clients in line with schedules.
  • Help manage any file versioning software we’re responsible for, both internally and externally.
  • Oversee and drive the improvement of the production workflow of the entire project; this includes project scheduling, milestone benchmarks, resource management, and communication of information.
  • Delegate and lead training sessions for their Coordinator(s) and Assistant(s).
  • Help creative leadership in defining a full plan for their project that will allow both creative and operational goals to be achieved.
  • Work alongside the project's full production team in any budgeting, scheduling, or task-tracking request made.
  • Sit upon various Studio committees that focus on bettering current software and workflows being actively used by teams.
  • Report weekly to the Head of Production with project updates and potential red flags.
  • Contribute to team efforts and perform additional tasks to support department goals as needed.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience in sequential work.
  • Shotgrid experience is required, Jira/Confluence and Perforce are preferred.
  • Customer Service or Outsourced Client experience.
  • Strong ability to collaborate with multiple teams, both internal and external.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and great verbal and written communication skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of different game genres
  • Analytical and problem-solving aptitude.
  • Proactive, dynamic, and diplomatic.
  • Result-oriented and works well under pressure.
  • Flexibility and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English.
