Are you ready to take your career to the next level? Valiant TMS, a global leader in industrial automation, is looking for a Manufacturing Leader to join our talented Tool & Gage team in Windsor, Ontario, Canada, with a focus on building components for the aerospace sector.

This role is an excellent fit if you take pride in working hands-on with complex, high-precision parts and subassemblies. Both challenging and rewarding, this position will require you to collaborate with skilled toolmakers and machinists to deliver high-quality results for our customers.

What you’ll get to do

  • Ensure all assigned projects are delivered on time, within budget, meeting the quality level and in compliance with all safety standards.
  • Participate in design and manufacturing planning processes, including internal design reviews and project planning and status meetings.
  • Develop project plans, prioritize work, and assign tasks to achieve project goals through proactive scheduling and resource management.
  • Take an active, hands-on roll in the assembly of tooling and equipment.
  • Serve as the primary internal and external contact on matters relating to work in progress on assigned projects.
  • Oversee timelines to ensure machining, assembly and internal and external buy-off schedules are met.
  • Support equipment reassembly, installation, and commissioning at customer sites when required, ensuring all systems meet performance and quality standards.
  • Manage manpower, employee morale, and training requirements.
  • Mentor/train new and existing team members to build skills, enhance collaboration and support continuous improvement.

What we’re looking for

  • Experience: 7+ years working with precision details in an aerospace environment.
  • Qualifications: Leverage your trade certificate as a toolmaker, millwright, or machinist.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams effectively with a proactive “can-do” attitude.
  • Customer Relations: Ability to exercise tact and diplomacy when dealing with customers.
  • Professional Strengths: Exceptional organizational, management, and communication skills.
  • Work Authorization: Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
