As an Enablement Specialist, you will partner with xWS stakeholders to mandate extended workforce policies and guidelines, drive cross-functional OKRs focused on cost savings and compliance, and proactively mitigate risk. It's essential to identify and address obstacles to xWS policy adoption across Product Areas (PAs), promoting company-wide best practices tailored to enhance operational success. You will be understanding xWS policies and PA business objectives is crucial, along with the ability to collaborate with executive leaders across Google to drive goal achievement while prioritizing compliance and cost optimization.
In this role, you will be understanding the xWS, PA’s and Bet’s business goals and regularly engage with executive stakeholders across a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team to ensure adherence to Google best practices.

Responsibilities
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in a project management or a customer-facing role.
- 5 years of experience designing programs from ideation to proof of concept.
- 4 years of customer-facing experience, managing complex programs, with a focus on building scalable infrastructure.
- Experience managing go-to-market strategy for complex programs.
- Experience managing contingent workforce strategies and initiatives across functions.
- Experience in engaging with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to cultivate global partnerships, aligning stakeholders towards strategic initiatives with regional/global impact.

Responsibilities
- Ideate and build proof of concepts with Google AI tools as enablers. Build with scale in mind and the ability to connect separate ideas into a single proof of concept.
- Drive program strategy to ensure go-to-market plans. Conduct partner/industry research and collaborate on product strategy. Drive managing partner engagement and relationship by tracking business metrics and insights, building go-to-market plans, and ensuring brand/reputation management.
- Build at scale and align cross-functional workstreams into a comprehensive deliverable building the brand and impact of our organization.
- Support extensive change management within PAs to launch multiple large scale enterprise-wide xWS efforts with an understanding of the impact of changes as the liaison to executive decision-makers on xWS policies.
- Develop scalable materials codifying xWS program details. Manage feedback repository, identifying trends and critical requests.
