The Specialist, Program Accessory & Kitting is responsible for the complete management of accessory and kitting programs for OEMs. This role encompasses planning, coordination, and operational follow-up to ensure component availability and smooth process flow.

- Create/update inventory tracking tools to provide OEMs with accurate weekly reports;
- Oversee the OEM kitting program from start to finish;
- Manage component requirements and place orders accordingly;
- Forecast next season's needs to place tire orders in advance;
- Conduct end-of-season retrospective analyses with OEMs;
- Provide the warehouse with the production plan for programs;
- Provide IT with all item references required for each season;
- Ensure accurate pricing is provided to IT to maintain correct billing flow;
- Resolve any pricing issues that may arise;
- Prepare presentations for assigned OEMs;
- Present OEMs with the results they need (receiving, production, shipping, and billing);
- Other related tasks.
- Effective Communication: Ability to maintain strong relationships with OEMs, provide clear updates on production and shipping, and collaborate with internal teams across multiple locations.
- Organization and Time Management: Manage order tracking, status updates, and report preparation simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
- Proactivity: Anticipate client needs, identify gaps in orders or production, and act quickly to prevent delays.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP and Office Suite tools, advanced functions in Excel, along with understanding of logistics and invoicing.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to interpret data, prepare accurate reports, and recommend adjustments to optimize programs.
- Bilingualism: Proficiency in English is essential due to the nature of interactions with a primarily English-speaking, Canada-wide client base and partners. This language is frequently used in both written and oral communications. A professional level is required. French is considered an asset for internal collaboration and client communication.
