- Facilitate cross-functional workshops.
- Assist individual initiatives with strategic schedule planning and progress tracking.
- Provide process mapping support to initiatives.
- Establish regular follow-up meetings with stakeholders.
- Monitor budget adherence for all initiatives.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly or monthly progress reports.
- You are currently enrolled in a university program.
- You have completed at least two years of the program.
- You have experience or have taken courses in project management.
- You have a strong interest in innovation and technology development.
- You possess excellent organizational and time management skills.
- You are highly motivated, curious, and independent.
- You demonstrate strong abilities to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and can take the lead when required.
- You have good communication and presentation skills.
- You are familiar and comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite.
- You have experience with project management tools such as MS Project.
- Location: Administrative Centre (CA)
- Duration: 8 months
- Flexible workplace-Hybrid
