Major Responsibilities
- Convert written specifications and construction drawings into quotations
- Maintain proper files for product quotes within the company quotations program.
- Coordinate with our customers to book and complete all required scheduled deliveries to the site within the timeframe requested by the customer
- Confirm project timelines, progress, and changes to all relevant stakeholder
- Order all required parts and material for projects
- Prepare, and coordinate project close-out documents and work to resolve any outstanding issues before job completion
- Maintain positive relationships with colleagues, customers, and key stakeholders to ensure projects run smoothly and resolve concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Determine the most cost-effective options to meet project specifications.
- Communicate with vendors/suppliers to build strong and profitable relationships that benefit the company and gives vendors/suppliers incentive to drive more project opportunities to Robertson Electric.
- Communicates critical information to purchasing and field associates that request information about vendors, products, pricing, and competitors.
- Perform additional assignments and responsibilities as required
